Log in to your Customer Area "https://clients.genious.net/clientarea.php"

Click on "Services> My products and services" or Services > Mes produits et services

Click on the "Active" button or Actif for the service in question.

Click on the "Increase / decrease your hosting plan" or Augmenter/diminuer votre plan d'hébergement button displayed on the "Actions" block.

Choose the product you want to upgrade

Choose the payment method, and "Click to continue" or Cliquez pour continuer

Proceed to the payment of the pro-format invoice displayed, to validate the request.
