To set up your POP / IMAP accounts (e-mail addresses) with outlook 2013, please follow the following instructions:
- Open the Outlook 2010 software, then Click on the "File" menu, choose the "Information" tab on the left, then click "Add an account" or Ajouter un compte.

- Check the box at the bottom left: "Manually configure server settings or additional server types". Then click Next or Suivant

- Choose POP or IMAP and click Next or Suivant :

- Enter the following information:
Your Name
E-mail Address: enter the e-mail address you want to configure example: test@yourdomainname.com
Account type: Choose POP3 or IMAP
Incoming mail server IMAP: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com
Login Information: Enter the email address you want to configure, example: test@yourdomainname.com
Password: Use the password corresponding to the email address in question.
- Click on the "Additional parameters" button or Paramètres supplémentaires then on the "Outgoing server" tab or Serveur Sortant.

- In the "Outgoing server" or Serveur sortant tab, check the box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" or Mon serveur sortant (SMTP) requiert une authentificationthen "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server" or Utiliser les mêmes paramètres que mon serveur de courrier entrant.
